The Dark Knight Rises

I am always fascinated with movies by director/writer Christopher Nolan. This was no exception. Nolan has an ability to talk about the dark side, the evil that is lurking in all of us. It is scary thing. Yet, in the Batman series, good eventually triumphs over evil. It is a story of hope, although it is a painful journey as well. I feel very, very sad that the real-life killer in Colorado let the dark side take over his heart, but I think, in all fairness to the movie maker, the Batman series is really about the power of good. A movie worth seeing.
