Moonrise Kingdom

A movie about early romance and about how even awkward attempts at romance have a certain magic to them. Still, I came away with the impression that the movie makers were trying to mock adults and traditional institutions and make them all look stupid. An interesting attempt at a new twist on a classic theme (early romance), but I came away feeling a bit cheated. I guess I wish it could be a bit more inspiring, even though it had its moments.
