I really recommend this movie. I thought it would be a very nice family comedy, which would be good enough in itself, but it is much more than that. It is a beautiful movie about loss and finding a way to move on. Matt Damon and the other actors and actresses (including new teen star Elle Fanning) do a stellar job. Based on a true story, a husband is grieving the loss of his wife while trying to help his two children also deal with it. Trying to find a way find a new start in life, he finds a house in the country that he thinks will be the perfect setting. But the property is actually a privately owned zoo that has been in foreclosure for a while. He decides to risk his savings and begin on a new adventure, hoping this will help him and his children refocus. Of course it is not very easy to run a zoo, and the grieving process for his wife continues, but this is a story of hope and joy in the midst of sadness and difficulties. I found it a truly inspiring and moving story. Go see it, if you can. Great for all ages.
