Fun! I loved all the action and the cool filming. And the princess is really pretty (as princesses should be…), but she’s also believable because she’s fiesty and tenacious; the ultimate modern princess.
Positive values: I definitely found some:
The gods chose a girl who was pure and good to be the guardian of the sands of time. That’s a cool idea. A girl can move the hearts of the gods. Reminds me of Mary. God saw her purity and goodness and chose her to be the guardian of our salvation: Jesus. I was rooting for the princess the whole time.
The importance of conscience. The princes got in trouble because the eldest of them did not follow his what his conscience or “gut-instinct” was telling him. His conscience was telling him that they shouldn’t attack a holy city, a city dedicated to prayer.
Leadership: Somebody with a good and courageous heart can become a great leader: the hero of the movie, the prince of Persia, had no royal blood at all.
